It's not often I am surprised by a company in
these challenging times, however Jet2 have really exceeded all
expectations. We are lucky enough to travel at least 3 times a
year (2main holidays and a short break) and have usually done so
with Thomas Cook. However this year we decided to look around at
the alternatives for our short break and found your company. The
deal was good and your website was really easy to use and the
booking process, including follow up emails, were all perfect. When it came to checking in, again you were fast efficient and really friendly. On boarding the plane, your staff managed to deal with all the different people on board with the same friendly and courteous manner, even including the stag party and an irritable mother with a child. The flight was smooth, your on board prices excellent and we arrived at our destination with ease. All in all the whole break was just what the doctor ordered and worth every penny. So this is just to say a big thank you to all at Jet2 from a very satisfied Jet2 convert! I will be looking online again soon for my next trip away with you. |

that we have flown with Jet2 and we all agreed that it was the
best arranged holiday that we’ve been on. Before the holiday commenced I had to contact you, via email, a couple of times. Your replies were both prompt and accurate. They helped put our minds at rest. The check in staff at both Manchester and Alicante airports were excellent. They were polite and willing to help. The fact that the chap at Alicante knew my name and was expecting us was a pleasant surprise and he helped us with the fast bag drop. The staff on board the plane were a revelation. I have flown on a number of airlines but this was the first time I had seen 2 sets of cabin crew that all appeared to enjoy the job. Nothing was too much trouble, and like the check in staff, they were willing to chat to the customers. The transfer company were excellent in both directions and we felt they gave a much better service than a number of traditional package holiday companies. I am surprised that you don’t advertise the fact that they can be contacted in Spain via a freephone number. At the hotel we were please to see that our request for 3 rooms on the same floor had reached the hotel – thanks for this. We are really looking forward to flying with you again in July on our holiday to Majorca. The fact is that the only point that jet2 had let us down was that neither flight had the “fun plane airport set” and hence my son’s collection of those things remains incomplete! Is there any chance of picking it up any other way? Thanks once again for a brilliant holiday. |
| Gail Platt | Just a note to thank the cabin crew aboard my return flight from Barcelona on Easter Sunday.They were so attentive and really put themselves out for me as I was suffering with a nasty sinus problem. I shall always remember to have aloe vera with me in future as your remedy certainly did the trick. Now back in Belfast, I am already considering my summer plans and am definitely hoping to fly with you soon again. |
| Amanda | I just thought I would take the time to thank you for the
assistance you gave me with my holiday booking. We returned from Sunny Spain (you obviously managed to arrange that as well!) yesterday after a fantastic week. The apartment was superb even better than last years over looking the golf course. If you could pass my appreciated on to the resort I would really appreciate it, the staff are fantastic especially with the children, Tom and Amy. We will certainly look to use jet2.com again a hassle free holiday where the only complaints I heard was that it was too hot ...... thats the British for you! |
