*Hotel Bitacora* Playa de las Americas Tenerife	this hotel is the best ive stayed in the rooms were really big the staff are pleasant the food was great with plenty of choice the mini bar was handy to have in room as well and they didnt mind you putting your own drinks in . this place is really well run it is cleaned all day long even around the pool area ther is good entertainment in the evening if you have small children . We had no problems getting sunbeds, there is always plenty. The children had a great holiday, lots for them to do. Let's face it when they are happy we are all happy. Most lunches at the pool are around 5 euros per head.I was really worried when I read the reviews about this hotel, you should not be. I can highly recommend this hotel. This was one of the best holidays I have had. This is my 3 rd time in Tenerife and my 6th time in the Canaries. This tops them all. There is a lovely atmosphere in the hotel. Everyone is enjoying themselves. There was an older crowd when we were there, and they were all lovely.

*Hotel Adeje Gran* Costa Adeje Tenerife	My wife and I have just returned from a holiday at the Adeje Gran Hotel in Tenerife. The holiday was booked only a couple of days before departure. Due to some enquiries that I needed to make I contacted you by telephone. My call was answered very promptly by a young lady called Holly. She was very helpful, very much aware of her product and concerned that we would be satisfied with our choice of holiday. We were in fact very satisfied with all aspects of the holiday including the price and the excellent luggage allowance, both we later found were very competitive. We have travelled many times before with Jet2 and never had reason to complain, it is heartening to see that your package deals are provided with the same efficiency as your flight only bookings. We were e-mailed very quickly with our holiday documentation which was accurate and easily understood. Our holiday went with any problems whatsoever and we would have no doubts about booking with you again and hope to do so in the future. As always the flight crew were pleasant, efficient and helpful, making for a very comfortable flight.

H10 Conquistador Tenerife *Mr and Mrs Brown*	Good Day We have just returned from a wonderful week in Tenerife with Jet2Holidays. We stayed at the H10 Conquistador. From start to finish your service has been fantastic. We have already book another week in Tenerife for June 2010 again with H10 at the Las Palmeras this time. The price we paid was out of this world beating any other travel company by hundreds of pounds. We got such a great deal we booked two holidays at once. You could say we got 2 holidays for the price of one. Well done Jet2Holidays. Can you please tell me when you will be releasing the Nov 2010 onwards dates as we don't want to miss out on your early booker offers? I have told all my work colleagues and many other friends about the great offers at Jet2Holidays and many have already booked..
