Levante Course

Levante, AKA the Championship course, has an American-style layout which is dotted with 106 bunkers, three lakes and exquisitely shaped greens. The renowned club house is the perfect place to unwind with a cold beer after your round.  

Poniente Course

Par: 62 | Handicap: N/A | 4,220 yards | Driving Range: Y 

Set in a picturesque valley with marvellous mountain and Mediterranean Sea views, this is an 18-hole course that was designed by professional American golfer, Jack Nicklaus. It’s slightly shorter than its sister course – Levante – but with all the same challenge and excitement. On clear, sunny days, you can see the buzzy resort of Benidorm.  

Marbella Club Golf Resort

Par: 72 | Handicap: Men 28, Women 36 | 6,830 yards | Driving Range: Y 

The contoured fairways and picturesque lakes certainly make a round here a memorable one. The course was designed by highly regarded British golfer Dave Thomas, who was famed for his work on The Belfry. You’ll see the manicured greens and demanding bunkers are kept in an impeccable condition year-round. 

Flamingos Golf 

Par: 71 | Handicap: Men 28, Women 36 | 6,240 yards | Driving Range: Y 

Flamingos, a palm-dotted, championship course, is the best-known course at Villa Padierna. Its generously sized greens and slight fairways are challenging and exciting for any level of player. What’s more, expect stunning views stretching as far as Gibraltar and even Africa. 

Alferni 

Par: 73 | Handicap: Men 24, Women 32 | 7,270 yards | Driving Range: Y 

Alferini Golf is the most challenging of the three courses of Villa Padierna. Designed by Spanish architect Antonio Garcia Garrido, this course is considered technical and demanding in length and accuracy for golfers of any ability. It’s sheltered by mountains so there’s little to no wind and plenty of sunshine! 

Tramores Golf 

Par: 63 | Handicap: N/A | 3,790 yards | Driving Range: Y 

Tramores Golf is an ideal course for junior golfers or beginners, taking less time to complete but packing a punch all the same! This 18-hole course commands accuracy but is also great fun, with bunkers and trees creating challenging obstacles. When it comes to views, the valley vistas are second to none.  

PGA Catalunya Stadium Course 

Par: 72 | Handicap: Men 28, Women 36 | 7,333 yards | Driving Range: Y 

Ranked as the number one golf course in Spain, this fairway is a pleasure to play on. The striking natural landscape is speckled with trees, lakes and white-sand bunkers, designed to pose a challenge. Pros love it too, with numerous PGA European Circuit tournaments having been played here since it opened in 1999. 

PGA Catalunya Tour Course 

Par: 72 | Handicap: Men 28, Women 36 | 6,595 yards | Driving Range: Y 

The Tour Course has been open since 2005 and is the resident course for the PGA European Tour Qualifying School. Play among pine trees and lakes at this scenic green, which is shorter and less testing than its sister course – Stadium. The wide fairways mean you can be forgiven for a less accurate shot, but numerous water features cause extra hazards.
